Background:
In her world magik was an ability caused from its exposure to Eldritch beings called “Others”, even though they had gained this new power, people couldn’t even survive the the exposure to the greater “Other”, that’s presence turned even the land to dust.

A long time ago a group of magic inclined people calling themselves the Guardians, set out to change that. After several years through methods unknown, they achieved their goal, becoming part human and “Other”, removing their human limit on one elemental magik and allowing them to stand the Greater Eldritch beings deadly presence. Each member filled the role of one of the world’s elements. Together they removed the “Other” from their World, but the damage had already been done, the magik left over from the “Other” was like a beacon Other would always flock to, so the children of these guardians would have to defend the world as well.
But there was one rule to being guardian, those in the group can’t have children together. As doing so would cause the “Other” portion of their children to eventually overpower their human sides.

Neon is a Guardian in training….and she is one (and only living) of these tabooed children.
(Her deceased Mother was a Dark guardian, and her father a Mind guardian.)

Combat style
She has been trained by her father to fight so she can handle herself. And will do whatever it takes to get out of a fight alive. She generally fights by confusing her opponent and attacking them from all sides with her weak attacks until they can no longer fight, though if that's not possible she'll try to combine her moves with her “Ethero”. She fights with claw slashes, magik, and jump kicks (she just likes doing it ._. ). She’ll try to not kill but...

Weapon: Phantom Claws, Custom built sleeves with claws that allow her to fight without risk of injuring her left hand, the ribbons connected to the claws can reach 6 feet in length. and they do light slashes or pierce things. She controls them with Mind magic as though they were her own hands.

Strengths,
She is nimble and moves in wavy graceful movements,
Her magik is cast with thought or movement
She is very sly, and fights using trickery
Formidable in mental/ spiritual confrontations
Notices and can see through other illusions

Weakness
She's pretty fragile, especially her left hand
Low physical strength... (No, she don't lift at all)
Claw's ribbons can be grabbed/ cut in combat
Her Illusions require concentration
She has limited skill with both her Mind and Dark magik,

Powers:
Mind Magik:
Telekinetic Hold: Hold up to 20lbs up to a short distance away from her (Mostly uses on her sleeve claws)
Contact: can link another person’s (that she knows) mind to hers to communicate, (link is broken easily)

Dark Magik:
Pain Numb: She can temporarily dull a small amount of pain in anybody (anything else is beyond her ability)

Dark/Mind Magik (aka Illusion)
Unlimited Illusion: Can create illusions that everyone sees and can affect any or all senses she has experienced, (Concentration needed)
Hallucination: Creates illusions only perceivable to one person, nobody else notices… (Realizing and fully convincing oneself it's not real, breaks the illusion. Though a getting bonked on the head also works, (Concentration needed)

(Special Skill)
Ethero: A harmful black wispy essence that her tainted soul creates. It usually disturbs other people that see it, though it doesn't affect Neon. She can combine the Ethero with her illusions to create harmful illusions or with her claws to make them do more damage. (Or just chuck it around, whatever works)
Contact with Ethero greatly weakens those who touch it, but it leaves no physical wounds.
Excessive use of Ethero tends to wear down the seal on her left hand so she doesn’t use it often, she can’t re-apply the seal, Only a certain someone in her world can. She might start talking in cryptic symbols and other bad news if the seal is completely gone.

Personality:
She can be prankster at times and uses her illusions playfully, and for the most mundane reasons(Note: She makes her own visual effects and people will notice them)
She likes monsters (her pet is living proof to this)
Won’t hesitate in speaking her mind

Personality Pros:
Fearless, she basically uses frightening illusions enough that most things won’t phase her
Show her something cool and you’ve probably made a new friend
