Just a showcase. The M8 Avenger Assault Rifle known as the starter weapon from the Mass Effect games.The M8 Avenger is a common, versatile, military-grade assault rifle manufactured by the Elkoss Combine. Its based on the older human M7 Lancer Rifle which design was sold to the Volus. The Volus upgraded the Lancer with a modern thermo clip system and sell them as M8 Avenger. The Avenger is now the standard Assault Rifle of Systems Alliance forces.
It's accurate when fired in short bursts, and deadly when fired on full auto. The modular design and inexpensive components of the Avenger make it a favorite of military groups and mercenaries alike. The rifle has a reputation for being tough, reliable, easy to use, and easy to upgrade.
One of the great things about the Avenger is that it has no major weakness, but it has no major strength. Its only real issue is its relatively low damage compared to other assault rifles.

Well my fav is certainly (Kal) Reegar Carbine and N7 Crusader, but Lancer is bags of fun with right character.
On the other hand Geth Juggy+Geth Scanner+N7 Typhoon+Drill AmmoΒ FTW. No need to move anywhere just hold the trigger and shoot through every imaginable obstacle. Β It really hurts my finger constantly holding LMB for 30 minutes. LOL

The Reegar is good, in fact my favorite Shotgun, but i must say i really hate the other shotguns. I cannot play with them properly.

Well Crusader can chew up everything in short order except Banshees. Need a lot of space to run because precise targeting is an issue with all that biotic jump nonsense; otherwise I love it as it combines shotgun power with sniper rifle pin-point accuracy and can hit targets well outside biotic range. Against armor only Reegar can compete. Of course Reegar trounces all other guns vs shields and barriers which are gone just like that :snapfingers:. And in Andromeda N7 Crusader accuracy is horrible. Still best of all shotguns, but in ME3 you could basically do 4 headshots on the bounce, something quite impossible in Andromeda. Ehh... Bioware.
But I agree for the most part that except 2 shotguns rest is pretty much junk, especially Gold+ where lack of punch just ruins the fun - excluding some specialΒ beings who can solo Platinum with M3 Predator or something equally nuts. Β
As for Juggy+Typhoon it should qualify as an occupation hazard. Β

Scope for sure, yes. For second mod i use more the high velocity barrel.
