I like this for its subtle suggestiveness. The use of the belt was an important addition, because it again adds subtle motion, while the pose is subtle suggestiveness. The clothing textures are a nice touch, but why it the victim's bare arm so blurred?
I am curious what makes this cross the line into Mature Content territory. Some of your other images show someone bound, without mature content, so it must not be the binding. The pose may be suggestive, but not overtly so. Is it the presence of blood, the knife?
