Ahh, so this is the one you were working on while I was away for the past few days? It looks fantastic, I love it! β₯ β₯ β₯ The background is great, the part of the scene you wrote in the comment underneath fits perfectly, the guy is hot, has an awesome outfit, and you captured the pose perfectly. As always, love the details, such as the graffiti on the wall, the fuzzy camera screen and the scraped elbow.
I just noticed that your police cars usually have all blue lights or the blue lights are brighter than the red. I like that, where I live, there are equal blue and red lights on the police cars, they usually just alternate which ones are flashing.

Well, it looks awesome. I can see that a lot of effort went into it.
I like the blue though! You're really good at lighting, so you would probably make the red ones look good too, but when you're driving at night the red ones sometimes hurt your eyes because they are so bright.
