Why would it be cancelled. If it was cancelled because if it’s all of the violence then I can see why it was canceled, but it still looks like it would be an interesting story

I love this, even if it got cancelled.
Although I can see you have taken the premise of Maverick Hunter X, you have hardly committed hard plagarism or copying at this point. For starters, the characters are vastly different and the chain of events are also different. For example, in MHX, it started with a remote controlled work mech, in this case we got a physical enemy, a Salamence.
Plus while you have given armor to the pokémon, you haven't completely suited them up either, which is another key difference in my opinion. Others may scream plagiarism, but.. I dont think it is, since there are enough differences in my eyes to work well. That is my 2 cents atleast.
Also.. I really love the body armor you gave the pokémon. ^^ The Flygon is my favorite, even as he gets a nasty Bite to his neck.
