Description
A different kind of sunset on Inverness Beach. No fierce winds, no stormy sky, just a quiet sunset. I missed the most colorful portion of it however. After spending the day at Cape Breton Highlands National Park, I lost track of the time and barely made it back to capture this. I was dying watching the color develop before my eyes with no where to pull over to catch it. I did make it back to catch this. Hope you enjoy it.Thanks for looking and for any comments or critiques.

I adore the straight lines in this one. Interesting visually. What software did you use for processing?

hanks Kyle. I use LR3 and CS5 with TK Luminosity Masks..... but bottom line is minimal with more or less adjustments of contrast and light and dark adjustments.

Lovely, Eva. Sometimes sunsets are tricky. One minute its spectacular, the next minute its all gone. You got there just in time.

Hi Richard! Thanks so much. So when are you guys going to make it up to Cape Breton to check it out for yourselves? I am sure you and Rebecca would love it especially this time of year.

We would love to go to the east coast again. Nova Scotia is one of our favorite spots to visit in Canada. Its only a two day drive but we travel so much its hard to fit everything in..

You're welcome, m'deer
Four weeks after the op & I'm down to one crutch, apart from my own
Still a bit of a pain. Can't carry my camera the way I like, on my wrist.
One interesting development has been that I've been asked to submit a body
of work & C.V., for the post of Photographer in Residence, at the B.P.
