Description Part three of an assignment in my photoshop class. again, it was anything we wanted to do. I had seen a website that took old and ruined photos, and by the process of photoshop, fixed them up to look presentable and recognizable. my idea was the exact opposite. take normal intact photos and 'age' them using photoshop.

This is the third photo in the series and shows the border effect and my (failed) attempt at recreating dust and dirt damage. i was trying to find a soft brush with specs on it, but i could only find whatever i used here. the brush was actually enlarged to over 400 pixels to get near to the effect that i wanted, but because of how the brush was contructed, i ended up getting some no so subtle patches instead of a uniform sprinkeling. thing is, i'm lazy, and it's the best i could come up with. This isn't my favorite picture but i think it's ok enough.

EDIT: ok, i had some time to work on it in class so i threw away the crappy dust effect in favor of fold lines and a yellow color tint. I think it looks MUCH better now. Picture is of an area in my former highschool.

Comments and feedback VERY welcome

Looks old enough...

I'm suggesting, you put up the original copies together with your "aged" ones. Kinda like a "before-and-after" demo.
