thought i'd upload something

this is a ghost i made a while ago in MS paint. I was quite new to PS (i still am o.O) so all i could figure out was the blur thingie.

i suppose this looks like one of those ghosts from mario but it's not. they dont got those kinda mouths ^^

boo's they call them, right? not sure ^^;;
