Part from Watership Down (book only) where El-ahrairah goes to the cave of The Black Rabbit of InlΓ© (death) to try to find a way to save his dying people.He ends up losing his ears, tail, and whiskers in various bets with The Black Rabbit, which he replaces with leaves and grass.

yayz! i watched a music video thingy on that bunny movie (i'm too lazy to find the name) & it was freaky! did the bunnies have rabies or what?! it was mostly the art that made it scary looking.
lol i don't like most of teh new pokemon stuff, but i still pay attention to it somehow

Yeah, the whole movie was pretty creepy and dark, largely from the animation style. And they didn't have rabies. XD But I think I know what you're talking about: there were a bunch of rather brutal fighting senes in which rabbits were bleeding and foaming all over the place. DX
I think this movie messed up my childhood. XD *saw it a number of times as a little kid*

creepy! well also the fact that it took next to nothing to harm the bunnies was weird & creepy too. it seemed like just a touch would cause a giant gash!

That was an good part of the book. Dark, and clever how El-Ahrairah was replacing his parts with plants.
