1:1 scale prop replica rifle from the Video game Destiny. Based on the "Assault Rifle #1" model released by Bungie studios. This prop has a functional sliding/adjustable stock and illuminated ammo counter. 7 day build time, Crafted in EVA Foam, 100% free-handed fabrication, cut, sand and assembly (no computer assist whatsoever) painted with Createx brand airbrush paints.Related content

Important to heat polish the surface of the foam prior to painting with a heat gun. I use Createx brand paints on most of my builds sealed with either Createx sealant or in this case just some Krylon clear coat right out the spray can.Β Key is many very light, even coatings on each stage. Most detailing was done with a wood burning tool and various tips. Videos of the gun are on my Twitch and YouTube channels.
