It's amazing the thoughtsthat run through your head
Late at night or when alone.
In the streets you see them,
At work you see more of the same.
It seem impossible to escape
The never ending stream of joy,
The happiness that people have.
Boyfriends, girlfriends, partners,
Fiancés, lovers.
Everywhere I look I see them.
I use to find it odd
That I wasn't the same.
Over time I have accepted it
So here I stand looking in to the abyss
Destined to be alone,
Destined to be lonely,
Destined to be me,
Destined to be forever single,
Destined to never be held,
Destined to never have love,
Destined to never be loved.
Destiny sucks and I've accepted it.
