Ahahahaha this wasn't actually supposed to happen.

This started as a joke between me and my brother, because when I was in PMD-Explorers I wanted a team of a Purrloin and a Meowth. I couldn't really come up with a name for them, and my brother suggested Itty Bitty Titty Committee...and from that I got Itty Bitty KITTY Committee X'333 So...yeah. Here ya go XD

These two probably won't be used that much, heads up.

Also I don't really understand why more people don't portray Espurr as being cute. I mean yes, the eyes can be a little unnerving, but holy shit I haven't seen an actual cute picture of this pokemon anywhere D:

So I decided to have a cute espurr because screw you that's why
