Yeah my vert piercing was pierced with a 16 and it bruised up like this. Didn't hurt at all.. but about a month after it started migrating. Much more comfy now that I put a twisted 18 ga barbell in it with 2 acrylic spikes (rainbow!) very comfy.
Only problem with 18 in a 16 hole is that I like to play with it. WAY too much. I was so happy when it stopped randomly oozing pus. But I do hate how it makes you spit when you talk a bit more.
I can squirt water through it, lol!
But you have really, really nice lips. Is it out now? Is the hole super noticable? Did your white bumps go away?

white bumps went away, it closed up quick, but the scar tissue is still extremely thick.
