I made this a while ago. Around last year. At the time i was like 'MUST DRAW CELL!!!!' every three freakin' second.

I was trying to make it look interesting by having a dark, cloudly, background and the only thing that would be sort of bright is the energy ball.

I got mad at the picture.

I MADE RAINBOW SQUIGGLES~!
