Personality: Sakari tends to be a rather curious Kepler, known to stalk around and hide even when playing just so she can observe things more. Because of this, she tends to be a bit observant and a bit shy from others since she hasn't had much chance to develop communication skills among others. Over all though she's mainly just a curious Kepler.

Anytime really, normally when you figure out what markings you want to add to your pet, but seeing as this is a pokemon based one markings are optional since they evolve into their next stage when they age. However you can still add markings if you want to. Once again, since Sakari is a pokemon based one, I would say once you figure out what you want her wings to look like and you can take as long as you want to deciding on that. (It does help if you send me a reference of the wings by the way)

Alrighty x3 I'm actually not sure what kind of markings I'd want her to have except something maybe swirl like on her tails? As for wings x3 well I was thinking maybe something like feathered dragon wings? Kind of like birds wings? It should be as much as you find necessary, you can just list traits or type it in sentences. Anything is acceptable and you can always add to it later if you'd like too. Usually people do about two sentences though.
