the cd cover is a program called cd art display . it started out as a winamp plugin, but now it's on its own. it works best with winamp. whatever song winamp is playing, will show up on the cover. i did the fonts myself, so if you want them, i'm sure i can find a way to get them to you.
the clock and weather widgets are yahoo widgets . very easy to download and install, and they come with many options.
and the cursor is cursorfx . i have an older version of the program, called 'cursorxp', and the cursor skin i have, 'transylvania', i think only works with cursorxp (they changed the name when vista came out). if you'd like, i can email you my version of the program, and my skin for it. i would be happy to do so. thanks for asking, and i'm glad you like this image.

Wow I didn't expect such a detailed reply, most people don't want to take the time to give so much info. Thank you for the links, that makes it very easy for me. I actually already have yahoo widgets and cursorfx. I have windowblinds too which gives me some trouble sometimes, I think it still has some bugs. I love customizing my desktop, and I loved yours. Thank you again for all the information.

ah, ok. you're welcome. sorry, i didn't know what you already had. do you ever post any screenshots? if so, i'd love to see one. i tried windowblindz once, and found it to be a pain in the butt, and way too complicated, so i just uze vizualstylez (with the patch), it's so much eazier, and givez you no problemz at all.
i do have a question, though, since you uze windowblindz, are you able to port a vizual style into windowblindz? i've heard it's pretty hard to do. the reazon i ask, iz the guy that made the vizualstylez that i uze, doezn't want to skin anymore, so i've been looking for someone who could edit hiz skinz, and make some new colour schemez for me. i already got hiz permission to edit hiz skinz yearz ago, i just haven't found anyone who waz willing. anywayz, sorry for the rambling, and i'm glad you weren't overloaded by my reply. thanks again.

I don't post screenshots usually, but maybe I will get into that in the future.
I looked it up and you can import visual styles into windowblinds, but honestly I have no idea how to edit skins. I just download the ones off of wincustomize.com. I'm sorry to disappoint you. I may give visual styles a try since windowblinds sucks sometimes. Thank you again for all the info!

i like to post screenshots, to show people what my desktop looks like, cauze i think it's a form of art (maybe not a popular form of art, but, to me, art nonetheless). and don't worry, you didn't disappoint me. i'd like to see some screenshots of yourz, if you decide to post any. and i hope you do try vizualstylez sometime, i know they aren't az versatile az windowblindz, but they're alot eazier. and (if you do), if you'd like some of the vizualstylez i have, i'd be glad to send them to you. anywayz, take it eazy, and thanks for letting me ramble... again. hehe.

I agree customization is definitely a form of art, it takes a lot of time to arrange stuff just the way you want it. I will let you know if i decide to try visual styles, I am a bit attached to windowblinds after all
