So when I heard what the theme was for March, I knew automatically that I was going to draw a koinobori. I have no idea why, but I really wanted it to be the first fish that I ever drew. [<-- Yeah, I know, I need to get out more--lol] So lets overlook the fact that Sashi at this age, about the equivalent of 15-16 years old, would most likely never be involved in a Children's Day festival and therefore never have any need for a koinobori in the first place, shall we? ^^ ;;

Teenaged!Sashi may be disgruntled and disaffected, but I still love him ^^

All and all I'm happy with this AC, as I was able to achieve the picture that I saw in my head, which is pretty rare. It looks like an old photo[probably one that Zeph would have squirreled away in some photo album --haha] I'm still working on the shading and highlighting, but I'm mostly happy with the way that I'm doing it now, so it's just a matter of practice. Also, I like my carp windsock! First fish ever, so yay for that.
