Even after all this time, even after they've learned better practices to take care of themself, they find themself slipping out to the Monolith Gardens within the day, when much of the pack is asleep. The Great Ones do not watch them in this time, so they can feel safe alone, can content themself with following the prints that rabbits have left in the snow. It feels good, even if they're tired, to settle into a routine. To keep in touch with their Dust. To stay in tune with their role: as a provider.

this has been SITTING for a while....wanted to play a teensy bit with a looser piece and a top-down view!! i think i'm quite happy with the result.
