Background:
- Born to Shimizu Kohaku and Chai Jeong-Suk, Kimiko was only four when her parents divorced and Jeong-Suk moved to a different part of America. Left with her father, Kimiko was often left alone at home, while her father worked to keep their home and her happy. During her middle school years, Kimiko was often called upon to escort her father back home after Kohaku drank himself silly at the Shrouded Skull Bar, soon becoming friends with the bartender Tiny and his manager, Augustine. Through Tiny, Kimiko was given contacts to the USDMHR through which she pursued her career choices. She moved out of her father's home long ago, although she still visits him down at the bar. She was assigned legal guardianship of Cameron (a vampire metahuman) while she lived in the city, as part of her job.
Personality:
