Based on the fact that everyone calls the attack "Gengetsu Rape Time". As far as I know, there are three characters that can use the master spark. Gengetsu is one of them, and Mima is not. I never even unlocked the extra stage for Lotus Land Story (stupid normal mode requirement) and I managed to get Gengetsu's theme stuck in my head. It would be really cool if ZUN decided to remake the pc98 games, tweak them to fit modern Touhou canon, and keep their original numbering. This way, not only modern fans can experience the older games, the old characters can also appear in other works (mangas, games with decimals in numbering, etc.)Custom Gengetsu arms belongs to

i think the reason why Zun doesn't remake the games is because of past embarrassments.
He did say that from EOSD and onward were a total redo of his pc98 originals.
Either it was that or hes aware of JynX and his/her remakes of the games but does not ask for copyright reasons.
