Description
Inspired by 's Kaiserverse Power Ranger Canon, continuing on with Power Rangers Turbo. Yes I know this isn't the most well liked PR series, but... come on people, there are WORSE ones out there. ... I'm looking at you Operation Overdrive and "Super" Megaforce! Also, this is the first team to include a ranger that I made up for it, in this case inspired by "White Racer" from CarRanger and the Blue Senturion/Signalman, more so the latter given the concept.
EDIT: 7/19/18: Added in my take on the Phantom Ranger, and yea, I tried to make it more closer to the original, but I decided to go my own way. Also changed the name of my White Ranger plus included an Earth name he adopts
Canon Changes
1. First and foremost, Justin Stewart is an actual teenager in this continuity, and kind of has a few brush ups with the law, and was introduced near the end of Zeo where at the final battle with the Machine Empire, the rangers' powers were shut down and Rocky got injured in the fight, but they still won. That's where he discovered who they were, but decided to keep their identities a secret.
2. A few months after the threat of the Machine Empire, the Earth rangers graduated from high school and were ready to take on the world, that is until they received a transmission from an officer of the Intergalactic Police, Officer Zeangru, who had arrived on Earth with a wizard by the name of Lerigot (an actual wizard not like what we got in the Turbo movie) requesting Zordon's presence. Also looming was something pursuing them, a space pirate named Divatox who wanted his magic to gain access to the realm of the demon Maligor and obtain his power. Sadly, due to being down one ranger and no powers, and unable to access Billy's "Turbo" project, Divatox managed to take the wizard, leaving the rangers with no hope... at first.
3. Lerigot, it turns out, left them with his "key" and had it not only power up the new zords Billy had made, but also gave them access to a new set of powers modeled after them, even Zeangru got powers and a zord of his own, modeled after a police car. But without a blue ranger, Rocky not yet recovered from his injuries before hand, they were in trouble and unable to reach Divatox. However, Zordon and Rocky had already chosen someone to take over, Justin, thus making him the Blue Turbo Ranger and making a full Turbo Power Rangers team, and went on the rescue to the realm of Maligor. Luckily, with their new zords and powers, they managed to not only destroy Maligor, but Divatox as well. Unfortunately this news of her destruction didn't bold well for her brother, General Havok of the Eksos Army, and he and his troops set a course for Earth where he makes his presence known to the rangers and vowing revenge for the death of his sister and to conquer the planet.
4. Zenagru leaves the Turbo team due to his time with the Intergalactic Police, still keeping his powers, but does return when he's stationed on Earth and, giving himself an Earth name, Sean, becomes an Earth officer as a cover. Also, the rangers and allies (Trini's also tech support for the Turbo team) were given a new Command Center in the form of an abandoned speedway in the desert, thanks in part to Justin, who had started high school as a junior and already made a friend in Theodore Jay Johnson, aka T.J.
5. Eventually, Kat auditioned, and got accepted, to become a student at a prestigious ballet academy in London, Tommy managed to get accepted to M.I.T., Tanya accepted a recording contract, and Adam was accepted to become a voice actor for minor characters out in a studio, but that would mean giving up becoming Turbo Rangers, thus they needed to find someone worthy of taking over... however...
6. A new problem arose for the team, the Zeo powers of the older members were returning, but unlike when they connected the crystal with their Mighty Morphin powers before becoming Zeo rangers, their Turbo powers, with the exception of a fully healed Rocky and Justin who never had the Zeo powers, were fluctuating with their Zeo powers and damaging their bodies. It was becoming apparent that if they don't transfer their Turbo powers, they wouldn't survive.
7. During the time, Justin had made several more friends, including a soccer soccer player named Carlos Vallerte, who was under Adam's coaching, a cheerleader by the name of Ashley Hammond, and an aspiring musician named Cassie Chan, though due to him having to bail on several activities with them due to his ranger duties, it was straining. That all changed when during a monster attack, where Rocky came as the Zeo Blue Ranger to help, him, Sean, and Rocky had to deal with a monster while the others were unfortunately put out of commission due to their fluctuating powers, and in that time, T.J., Carlos, Ashley, and Cassie not only saw who the rangers were, but Justin as the Blue Turbo ranger and helped him get to safety. There, Justin explained himself and, when the monster struck the others separating the 4 Turbo morphers from the senior rangers, they instictively grabbed them and activated them, not only separating Tommy, Kat, Tanya, and Adam from their Turbo Powers, saving their lives, and making them the new Turbo Rangers. With the help of a newly restored Zeo rangers, they defeated the monster and the senior rangers soon left their successors to carry out their mission on good terms.
8. Eventually, the wizard Lerigot came to Earth to help release Zordon from his energy tube and return him to Eltar, but told the new Turbo Rangers that he had summoned a new mentor for them and, despite some resistance form Havok's forces, was free and went back to Eltar. Sadly though, after that, Havok managed to nab the Turbo Megazord, expelling the rangers from it, and take it back to his base, leaving them with only one Megazord. But not all hope was lost, for their new mentor, the Phantom Ranger, arrived with Artillatron and gave the core 5 new Rescue Zords which they, not only used to defeat Havok but eventually take back the Turbo Megazord. And yes, he's here for the long run, including the relationship him and Cassie have like in the original show. Also the Robot Rangers, least the new core 5 DID happen. (You'll know soon enough)
9. Near the end, Justin revealed that his father, now with a much improved relationship, got accepted a new job out of town and they're moving, but that he'll be unable to participate in his ranger duties anymore. At this time, General Havok's father, Admiral "Goldgoyle" Eksos, came and went to take on the rangers, and while the self destruct on the Rescue Megazord didn't destroy him, it did weaken him, and it took the powers of the Robo Racer and the Turbo Megazord to finally finish him off, at the cost of both of them. Soon, Havok found the location of their base and went on the charge to destroy them once and for all. However, despite their willingness to fight, the Phantom Ranger teleported them away and set the base's and the entire surrounding area on self destruct, destroying the base and all of the Eksos Army... except for Havok at the last minute.
10. With the destruction of everything, the Turbo powers soon vanished, but now Earth was safe again. Sean/ZeangruΒ went back to the Intergalactic Police HQ and Justin left Angel Grove with his dad, leaving T.J., Ashley, Carlos, and Cassie on Earth and Trini leaving to work at NASADA full time.

Nice. I like the idea of making Justin a teenager and the Blue Senturion having a human form. I would have the brainwashed Kimberly and Jason force Rocky to morph, fight, and have them defeat Rocky and destroy his Zeonizer (causing the Blue Zeo Crystal be shattered, thus making the rest of the Zeo Powers useless, giving an explanation as to why they had to switch the Zeo Powers out), T.J., Carlos, Ashley, and Cassie replace the first four from the start after they find replacements for them when they leave after the Zeo Powers are gone and to finish high school, Rocky become Justin's mentor, and have Zordon and Alpha leave when the new rangers are formed to find a way to fix the Zeo Powers and not general issues.

well... technically, the Blue Senturion was replaced with my White Turbo Ranger in this continuity really.
But thank you for the comment

I love this new design of the Turbo Rangers, they look unique but relatable at the same time. Maybe I'm bias because I loved Turbo, no matter what others say, I love cars, maybe that's why I love the series despite its many, many, many... many flaws.
I like the white ranger, I toyed with the idea of adding a white ranger myself, I saw many re-imaginings of Turbo had one and I liked the idea, but for my story I could only have one extra, so it was either Phantom or a White Racer-like ranger and Phantom suited best my plot so I had to scratch the white ranger idea in the end.

Well, as far as Power Ranger seasons go, Turbo (for me at least) isn't the low point of the franchise. That honor belongs to Operation Overdrive and (Super) Megaforce! Mostly because they're anniversary seasons and yet their potential was squandered!
And as for the Phantom Ranger, I was going to include him... but I figured that doing the main and 6th rangers might be suitable, but I do plan on including him and updating this image as soon as possible! And thanks for liking my White Turbo Ranger too!
(I could've picked a better civilian name for him though
)

Yeah I agree, those are the lowest points for the franchise imo too. That's why they are basically completely changed in my universe, both of them, I didn't like even one character from either season. However I loved the girls from Megaforce, they are so nice to look at lol, but aside from the actress' being attractive that show has no redeemable qualities. Their "Legend Battle" of however they call it is the reason I started doing all this really, its so terrible that I almost cried
You're welcome, its a great design really. About the name I guess you could lol, though I thought it came from the super sentai maybe so I didn't mentioned it Β
