Description
At last, the final all color Power Ranger team, consisting of 10 blue rangers throughout the entirety of the franchise.

Billy was helping with some scans in the Command Center when he noticed something was off in a portion of the world and teleported there to investigate, uncovering a plot to imbalance the planet until he got caught and encountering who was causing it. Even when morphed, he was no match alone and, unable to contact Zordon or the others, utilized his ninja ranger powers to escape if only for a short time. Before being caught again, he was suddenly taken away right into the morphing grid itself by a being of the grid, who not only summons 9 additional blue rangers throughout time and space to aid him, but super charged his power coin, combining his current Wolf ninja powers with his original Triceratops dinosaur powers together.

Tori Hanson - Ninja Storm Blue Wind Ranger
Theo Martin - Jungle Fury Blue Ranger
T.J. Johnson - Blue Space Ranger
Billy Crantson - Mighty Morphin Blue Ranger
Lucas Kendall - Time Force Blue Ranger
Schuyler "Sky" Tate - S.P.D. Blue Ranger
Justin Stewart - Blue Turbo Ranger (an older teenager take on him)
Madison "Maddie" Rocca - Blue Mystic Ranger
Ethan James - Blue Dino Ranger

Oh boy, this was a big one to tackle, and a frustrating one at best. It was tough narrowing down who to choose, especially with so many good blue rangers... minus Overdrive, Samurai, and Megaforce (Ninja Steel was not eligible since that's still going on in "Super" form). Also, Rocky as Zeo Ranger Blue was inelligible since he's Red Ranger during this time. One quick thing was that for the last slot it was going to either be RPM or Dino Charge, but I went with the latter. HOWEVER! If enough people dislike my choice, I will, willingly, change the lineup.

And yes... I know Justin IS arguably the most hated Power Ranger ever... firstly I decided, plot wise, that the Justin in this is an older teenager, about 18 or so and a college graduate (remember, he was smart enough to enter high school at age 12), and secondly... well, there are WORSE rangers than Justin so... cut him a break, okay?
