Description
The Acorn AR was designed by Jennifer Acorn in 2096 as a contender for the NATO service rifle 2100 competition. It lost out to the bullpup Steyr R80A3, but was picked up for a limited production run by HK.
While a solid design, it became obsolete shortly before the advent of gausstech retrofitting, which would have given it a better chance against contemporary bullpup rifles, and never achieved widespread success.
