Spared; the mage/teleporting idea could work and then we know they are in a farmhouse/ranch of some sort so there should be milking equipment she could use (or tony if need be). If milking equipment is used they could sell the excess milk for money to pay the mages or support the calves to be.

I think the most simple plot is the best: The mages devise a way to cast an enlargement spell that has been modified so that it only effects her belly and womb. And Tony would just have to suckle from her breasts every day to keep them at a manageable size.

Teleporting the calves out sounds like a good idea.
As for the breasts getting so huge so fast they explode there will be a lot of excess skin from the belly once all the calves are out so maybe that could be grafted to her breasts. Or she is injected with rapid acting synthiflesh which replicates her breast flesh so they can keep growing indefinitely without popping

spare, and lets see need a multistep treatment to save her, first off she needs to eat a lot more start building fat .
then daily soakings after sex in a rubber plant leaf extract to make her skin stretchy and malleable, while still eating
also a lot of herbs and such used for lactation induction, like black cohosh, and others to enable her breasts to get a head start on the milk production
maybe even some bovine genetics transference to give her body a bit more bovine hint to take the strain...
