Not sure, never felt internal organs before.  I'd assume it is quite firm due to it being all muscles and organs and not fat.

Organs actually have quite a bit of squish to them really, they are about twice as firm as fat so you would feel some resistance to pressing on them but they are not as firm as muscle so it still wouldn't take too much to push against them, it is why non muscular slim guys can usually suck in their gut easier than muscular slim guys.

I was thinking like twice as firm as fat actually, plus she'd need thick abs to hold all that up.

Now see the abs I could understand I am just saying that while firm it would not be as firm as if there were actually kids in there Sorry if this is getting annoying by the way I am just enjoying the talk.

As it is though a pregnant uterus feels rock hard where as this would have more give to it, if you were just caressing the belly you wouldn't notice, As you said so to that girl was knocked clear on her rear end which would of meant she would of indented the stomach a fair bit on the impact... which I must admit may make her worry more that she may have hurt what was in there since logic tells us something that large bellied but slim figured otherwise (Boobs don't count) is most likely pregnant.
