And now reaching the end of the month and the end of the semester. Now's just cramming studying for the exams.

#1 A WIP of the most recent contest entry .

#2 This actually could've been the entry for the previously mentioned contest, with a more humorous take on 'fine dining'. Though putting a side-by-side comparison does show the compete difference between the siblings, maybe because Tony's an absolute culinary snob (with a chef for a wife for crying out loud). Then again nothing about this relationship is conventional, aside from Rena's surprising tolerance for bad television and novels.

#3 to #5 I didn't actually have a running theme, but it turned out it's pretty much the interactions between the team members sharing the same skill set (theft, murder combat, and brains). AJ and Chace do not get along, at all, the best you can get's an occasional shrug and some degree of cooperation during a job. Niko and Dante do work well, after several years worth of trial-and-error, but they're not free of juvenile behaviour (especially considering that one prank war that ended with a home-made landmine). Rena and Tony probably work together with the least amount of bickering but it's often because she's gone way past the point of disagreement. Though thinking it over, the other recurring theme is 'women who will not put up with bullshit in the least passive-aggressive way possible'.

#6 If you ever wondered where did the two scars around Dante's neck comes from (probably didn't but here is it anyway!). Part of something the team referred to as 'that incident', where they were framed for a mob-boss' death. The hitman was somebody with a bitter grudge, as the last time they 'met' he lost several fingers, and when presented the chance for a rematch, he was more than happy to.

#7 Leon and his two cousins Nell (the one of the left) and Lara (yes the same one from the first picture, on the right). After his aunt and uncle found Leon's parents unfit to raise him, they brought him over from England and adopted him as their own. I still haven't fully figured out how'd they look like so there's a lot of change around that at some point.

#8 Of all the things Niko's gone through, what exactly happened a week's worth of imprisonment was something she'll never bring up (unless you want to die early). Happened not too far away from events in #6, orchestrated by the same person. Recovering mentally and physically was a slow process for her, especially seeing a 2 foot long scar on her chest every day, though personally putting an end to the mastermind gave some closure for her.

#9 Yes there's an obligatory Halloween doodle, even though this is the first time I've ever tried one. But it's too silly not to pass up, especially when Jade and Leon's got some harebrained idea to go with it.
