Description
I met Lisa at the New Zealand Body Art Awards .There, she shaved her head.
For art.
Stunned, I caught up with her at the afterparty and BAM! new model. I couldn't wait to project stuff onto her mostly-hairless head. Stay tuned for more results, too!

interesting! the tones make it look like you've projected raw/flayed flesh onto her: and then the face reminds me of butterflies/camouflage with the big eye spots. stark.

Beautiful shot. Very different from the other one of her. That blank stare reminds me of something but I'm not sure what. Lots of things probably. The shadows and the face work really well.

They're not actually slides - they're projected by reflection with a big fat document projector full of mirrors. It's a relic of the 80's - nobody would use them these days. That's why I can put feathers and stuff in it, too

I been getting ready to try something similar with projected art. This imspires me to keep on track for that, well done.

And you should! I'll be watching out for it. I sheepishly reccomend against projected self-portrait photography because of the issue of multiple devices to focus. However, I've got a guide on how to do projection nude art that you're welcome to follow
