I murmured, staring at the door in a fit of worry. Did a monster get him? No, no he's just screwing around. "He'd better hurry..." I said aloud. That idiot man swore he'd been here, after not coming here in weeks, he swore. I sighed to myself, those weeks having been a living hell as I looked for something to take my mind of him. I fell into a chair with a frustrated groan. Then quickly whispered an apology, hoping it wasn't Mr. Chair, but luckily got no response. Where was he...

I stumbled quickly along the dark halls, tripping multiple times as I steadied my steps, but not by much. Everything seemed to be an obstacle. I couldn't explain what I had been doing those couple weeks. I couldn't tell him I was just bored with the game... That would break his heart. Of course, there were other reasons. Like... Marzia. I sighed deeply, flaring my nostrils, remember her choice of wording. "That game is making you crazy!". Shaking my head and quickly catching myself before I fell flat on my face, I shivered. Now that Marzia was gone, I could play all I wanted. I had been the one to end it. I didn't love her.

I chuckled quietly. He wasn't coming. He smiled sadly at the door for a couple minutes, slowly getting up and walking towards it. I winced at the coldness of the knob, goosebumps gathering up my arm. I missed him so much, why didn't he come? Shaking the thought away, I pulled open the wooden door with a groan of age from it's hinges. The thought wouldn't go away, though. If he did come, by some freak miracle, then could I tell him how I felt? When he was away, it was... horrible. But when he was around, with me, I felt so happy, and... Only with him.

I breathed heavily, bending against my knees for support when I heard something open. I gasped, letting out a scared, uncontrollable whimper escape my mouth. I sang in a terrified whisper, running and diving behind a pile of boxes, the ones that had been tripping me for what had felt like an eternity. As I hid, I listened quietly. That sounded like no monster, it was actually taking steps and not dragging it's distorted feet around. I heard no sounds either, making me look up from my hiding place slowly. I grinned widely, leaping away from where I had hid and tackled the figure. "Stephano!" I yelled happily, feeling better in this place already. And better than I had in weeks. It had all been so lonely, but now, I was safe. Or as safe as it gets here.

I yelped in surprise as something hit against me, knocking me to the floor and taking the breath from my lungs. I gasped, bringing a hand to my chest as the thing hugged me tightly, yelling my name in an excited tone. "G-get... off!" I coughed, shoving what was on me away roughly. I sat up, breathing heavily and trying to regain my breath. I heard a quiet apology, and looked up to see who my attacker was. I grinned happily, a tint of sadness written over it though as I saw who I had been awaiting. His blonde hair swept carefully to the side, his blue eyes shining a brilliant color even in the dark hall. I grinned, lurching forward to bring back the hug. It had been so long since I'd seen that face I had admired. Trying to hard to keep it away from my thoughts, but failed. "A-allos, Pewdie." I whispered, trying to keep my composure. "I... I've been waiting for you."

I looked at him for a moment, before smiling sadly. "I'm sorry I kept you waiting. I... I've missed you." I chuckled. I sighed quietly, releasing my grip and standing slowly. I brushed my jeans off, watching as Stephano stood after me. "Where have you been?" he asked quietly, giving me a look I've never seen from him before: Worry and confusion. I sighed quietly, deciding to tell him the truth. He's all I had. "I... Marzia... left. I... didn't love her." I murmured quietly, but raised an eyebrow to see Stephano wash over with a look of slight relief. "Oh, Pewdes, I'm so sorry..." he muttered halfheartedly. I frowned. "What...?" I asked quietly, tilting my head to the side.

Yeah. I'm the mighty Stephano. "I..." I sighed quietly, but Pewdie's vibrant eyes just stared into me. "I can feel... with you..." I murmured, glancing down at the moldy floor. I shook my head lightly, nothing but silence engulfing the hall. "W-what do you..." Pewdie finally whispered, barely audible. I glanced up, but nothing else.

I flinched as Stephano groaned in frustration, whatever he was trying to say left him frustrated. "Pewdes, you idiot..." he whispered, his voice cracking. He smiled sadly, shaking his head. "You... idiot..." he whispered again, and I frowned. "Just say it..." I murmured, but winced at Stephano looked up at me sharply. "I can't. Figure it out." he grumbled, walking off. "Wait, Stephano!" I yelled, trotting after him. I stopped dead in my trail though. I understood completely, now...
"Stephano..." I whispered, watching his back walk off.
"I... lo... you... too.." I said awkwardly, hoping it was worth a try. But it was true. I never... loved... Marzia.
