Hey guys, after some trial and error and hours getting all the details looking well, I managed to finish this character concept sheet for Brian. I’ll add more details about him

Physical Attributes:

Brian usually wears a vibrant blue and sky blue jacket and dark teal pants with blue edges. He wears the remnants of his father's armour, primarily the gray and teal robotic arms. Brian also wears a support harness underneath his clothes to support the added weight of his arms as well as enhancing his physical abilities.

He also paints two sky blue streaks on his face to honour his father as well as wear a white scarf with gray edges that he's received from his mother.

For Brian's epic skins, he wears his original colour palette which is primarily red with gold and gray accents. His legendary skins are throwbacks to his father's old Overwatch outfit as well as his love for punk rock fashion.

Bio:

Brian was the son of a former member of Overwatch (Blitzkrieg) who was killed by Talon in their rampage to destroy Overwatch. Brian didn't know what his dad used to do because he was always distant, so his mother decided to send him and his brother to the museum so they would know, and they unknowingly become part of a Talon heist.

After the whole event, Brian does find out about his dad and his demise after discovering his equipment and the recall message Winston sent. Brian didn't touch the message for a year or so because he felt that it wasn't his problem; he's no member of Overwatch anyway. However, he slowly came around because of the worsening situation all over world thanks to Talon so he prepared himself physically and mentally before he took his father's equipment and took up the moniker Blitz.
All is well and good, but he's definitely asking for more trouble once he went active as Blitz. He is skilled yes, but he's got limited experience in being a hero so he better be prepared for the future.

Abilities and weapons:

Brian's skills all centre around crowd control and pushback. His arms are powerful electrical-powered weaponry so his attacks all include various flavours of lightning and thunder.

His weapons are his Nimbus gauntlets which can shoot out a electrified ball of plasma. His primary fire is him launching these orbs through strong punching motions. He can launch 6 before he has to boot up his arms to cooldown. The orbs does a damage of 35 damage per projectile, maxing out on 210 damage before he has to cooldown.

His alternate fire is a charged attack which does more damage, but it heats up his technology much faster than his primary fire. The damage ramps up from 35 to 50 per projectile and he can launch up to 3 charged attacks before cooling down.

The cooldown serves as his reload function. It lasts for 2 seconds before he can attack again.

His first ability (Lshift) is a stun attack in which he slams both his hands on the ground and he sends a pulse of electricity in all directions. This stun can work on multiple enemies, but the duration of it halves with every number of enemies struck by it. When the ability hits only one enemy, the duration of the stun is 3 seconds. If the affected targets are 2, the stun lasts for 1.5 seconds each. If the stun manages to hit all six enemies, the stun can only last 0.5 seconds for all of them, so it's best used for only a couple of enemies at a given time.

The stun itself only does 15 damage, and the cooldown is 6 seconds.

His second ability (E) is a shockwave that he generates from slamming his palms together in a thunderclap. This shockwave can push enemies for at least 25 meters away regardless of their position near Brian. The clap has a range of 15 meters around him, so any enemy finding themselves in this circle would be launched by 25 meters.

The thunderclap has a damage of 50 damage and a cooldown of 7 seconds.

His ultimate ability (Q) is a very large electrically charged plasma beam done by rerouting all his technology's energy to his arms to fire it. The beam has a strong pushback so he can use it to push people away from the payload or even the map if he so desires. The beam can be bent if it hits an object on an angle, so if the beam is tilted slightly it could be bounced off from that surface.

The beam does 450 damage and it sends Brian to a manual cooldown that lasts 3 seconds to power up his tech again.

Hero Difficulty: 🌟 🌟 ☆

If it wasn't obvious, he's actually the Brian kid from the first Overwatch trailer. I aged him to 18 because I'm going by the chronological order the trailer was released which was 2014. He's had enough time to age so Blizzard wouldn't be too opposed in getting him in the roster. If he was in Overwatch, he'll be the youngest hero besides DVA.

I might make some comics or sketches with him and DVA now I have a working design for him. I’ll admit that one of the reasons I’ve made Brian was to ship him with DVA LOL
also makes comics about them that strengthened my love for Bri.Va XD
