Description: Bright scales that are often contrasting colors, which they use to identify each other in the dark depths of the ocean. The extremities glow faintly, notably their tail and the circular scales on their face, underbelly, and legs.
Abilities: Water breathing, echolocation, limited camouflage (can dull or brighten colors but not change them completely)
Queen: Queen Somatosense (Somatos)

JellyWings live at the very bottom of the ocean, finding their food mainly in smaller shelled mollusks like clams. Their colors have evolved over time to be bright and eye catching in order to attract other dragons as they are highly social and often communicate through touch. They may have quite a few extremities that look sharp and pointy, but a majority of their frills are actually quite soft to the touch. They are an unknown tribe to the other dragons as they cannot breathe air at all and could not survive on the continent. Because of this isolation they have evolved to have highly diverse appearances and often different subspecies have completely different horn shapes and fin lengths.
They communicate through touch and sounds that manifest as trilling or clicks. Their circular scales do glow, however they cannot make them light up in a particular pattern like SeaWings can. Usually their scales simply light up when the ocean gets darker so that it is easier for them to find each other.
