I suffer from chronic migraines since the beginning of 2016. Over 8 years of nearly constant pain. On my good days the pain is low enough to ignore, but even a few hours (or minutes) without any pain are very rare. My last full day without any pain was in April 2021 (unfortunately I am not kidding). So the only thing I can do on the bad days (in addition to painkillers which I can not always take) is to endure the pain and to keep myself together. And otherwise to keep my humor and enjoy every second of beauty around me whenever I can.
