See you've gotten really, really good at this. I like how you did the textures. I could never figure out how to make anything look convincing.

It depends. I usually have some basic idea in my head, then I usually lay it out with the whole tubes and circles and shapes thing, then I start sketching out details and stuff, then I go in and start detailing, then I step away from it for athe rest of the day and come back with fresh eyes to see what else I need to work on. Then I repeat that last step until I'm happy or tired of working on it.
The zergling you did was cool. You should but that up if you still have it. Even if you put your drawing in your scraps, they're still cool to look at.

I don't know where the zergling ended up. It might still be on my computer, I'll have to look around. It was one of my better drawings, yeah... Now I try too hard to be surrealistic.

Just go with the flow, don't worry about trying to have a certain style. Just be loose and have fun with it.
