hehe.. yeah. the tile texture on the underside of the roofing does look kinda strange.
if taken out of context from a video game.. it's also kinda strange to see a gun in such a peaceful serene scene.. but I guess that's video games for you

nice brushwork! Dont use the same Roofing tile texture on the lower surface of the Roof!
add some bushes and trees!
But its great! Where can i download it? Or isn't it ready enough to play?

hehe it's not too close to being done, I'll keep working on it though.. maybe I can get it out in a few weeks.. after my exams are done. yeah... lower surface texture.. very good point.. looks kinda messed up.. I'll change that.. I tried putting in trees.. but I can never get them to look good.. are you a mapper? cuz' any help on how to make good looking trees would be very much appreciated

my last map i have submitted was 2 years ago
it was a map for the hl mod vampire slayer! im not mapping anymore! i like mapping but the compiling make me often really really aggressive
whats about the r_speeds?

r_speeds are okay right now, w_poly ranges from about 140 to 245.. so trees and bushes wouldn't hurt it too bad.. the inside of the building is completely blocked so it doesn't interfere with the r_speeds when looking at it from the outside.
