i don't mean to ask this but, i wanna know what program did you use in a order to make this?.
and it should be noted I'm pretty new when it comes to drawing, or painting, (i mostly focus on painting because i can't draw!, nor do i hope in learning any time soon.)
one more question though, how can you do the lines in your drawing?. it's driving me crazy on how to use it!.

No worries! I made this in Photoshop CS6 while drawing on a Cintiq monitor. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by doing the lines, but if it helps, the line art is on the top layer in photoshop while all the coloring is on layers below that. That was the coloring doesn't interfere with the line layer and you can color underneath the line.
If you're scanning in a drawing into photoshop, make the drawing the top layer and change the layer filter from "normal" to "multiply". Then you'll be able to color on layers underneath it.
