Description
Lamia my mutant zombie lady fromAmbushing him when he comes out of the shower isn't going to make him more likely to indulge your whims, sweetie. If anything, he's just gonna be pissy-er.
When I'm in a mopey mood, it suits me to draw something/someone equally so.

o.o I'm just curious enough to ask..
Why is it that he's rejecting her?
Did she do something that displeased him?

A couple things. One, he's paranoid. He's convinced the rest of the world is out to get him in some sense and so is reluctant to invite people into his bedroom while he sleeps. Michael's pretty sure someone would do something to him (possibly fatal, or worse, embarrassing) while he was unconscious. This isn't unwarranted. He woke up to a liaison munching on a leg once when he was a Half-Dead in New Orleans. Since then, everybody out!
The other reason is he views Lamia as a conquest completed. He has her, he won. There's no need to convince her now that he's some sort of stellar must-have mate. He's a love em and leave em kind of guy and his tolerance for playing to someone's fantasy diminishes rapidly once he's had his way with them. From there on, he pays less attention to what the other person wants and has less patience for putting up with, what he calls, "neediness".
Basically he's a huge dick that doesn't trust anyone. If you start ignoring him, maybe he'll play the game again, but he doesn't respect you and he doesn't enjoy your presence beyond the kind of shallow enjoyment one would get from a toy. People are things to be eaten, manipulated, or destroyed to him. Not companions.

Ooohh, well if I woke up to that I'd have no trust either. lol
Hmm, definitely makes him an interesting character. I'm sure there shall be some out there willing to play games with him. I'm surprised she hasn't tried the "ignore" game. But he has to be trying to talk to her to get ignored. Lol So, it's kinda counterproductive. She tried often for his attention, and he's pushed her away too far for her to pull the same stunt on him. c: Shall be very interesting.
^ ^ I look forward to seeing more from you~

She'll do that. But honestly, it's a shitty, immature game. These are both adults and should be behaving accordingly. But they aren't, and it's gonna bite them in the butt.

True- but what's the fun in acting our own ages~?
lol In real life situations, we STILL don't act our appropriate ages.
c: Stories should be realistic, in their characters' behavior. So I think it's great~

Acting your age when it comes to treating people with respect and trust is actually very important. It's one thing to enjoy hobbies common to younger folk. It's another to act like you're still in middle school when you're in college, and treating relationships the same way.

True, but we can't stop the people who do so. Just try to stay out of their way and watch as they crash into something that may change their lives for the better.

I really like the view from her back. I think it's the way the cloth falls around her shoulders.

Thank you! I've been enjoying drawing backs a lot lately. Their anatomy is tricky until you get the hang of it. And I love drawing folds of cloth too. Lamia is great for playing with dresses.

Michael is excessively fastidious (even compared to humans). He'll shower at least twice a day, if not more.

Someone should tell him that is unhealthy.
Probably especially for someone who is half dead.

He's trying to get the stink of dying flesh off of him. Not just what he would naturally smell like (nothing pleasant), but also to remove the smell of everyone else. Everyone else smells like victims. Everyone else smells like food. It's one reason he's got this huge stick up his butt about everything. About the only time he's "relaxed" is if he just had a big feed.

It is, nonetheless, bad for you Michael. But I am not going to argue with you you are twice my size with twice the arms.

More than twice. He's 350 lbs of solid muscle. About the only thing that could take him on and make him blink is an actual tiger (which is considerably heavier and with the same abilities).

I was thinking more height wise I am so short :C Give me your freakish feet Michael I want to reach the top shelf too.

Haha same! I'd come under chest height next to him, and that's with his shoes ON. Plus he's always had the advantage of being tall (fucker was 6'6" as a human!)
I'm sick of having to pull out a chair just to reach the middle shelf. Not the top shelf. The middle shelf!

uguuuuuuu Michael spread the height-love you don't need all that.
When I moved into my apartment a few years ago the bottom two shelves were already claimed so they gave me the top shelf until I convinced the middle-shelf person to trade with me.
Tall people are terrible people :C

It's worse when you're the shortest person in your family, shorter even than your younger siblings. The men in my family (mother's side mostly) tend to be crazy tall. 6 feet isn't uncommon, and I believe a few top over that too.

I think I might be close. My mother's brother is over six feet, but we seem to have gotten the short end of that stick.
