Description
This was taken at my family's property in the mountains. The roses were planted by my great grandmother a good many years ago. I always look forward to them each summer. They add a simple, yet beautiful touch to the rest of the flower garden.Related content

You have such a clean touch to your color modifications! They don't have any fade-over from one section to another, so it's crisp and convincing!

Thank you so much! This one took me some time to edit, because I'm both a perfectionist and indecisive. Can you imagine? haha.

I have a similar problem. It used to take me weeks to finish a painting in class, because I would re-paint and re-paint and tinker and fuss forEVER.

Yep, that is pretty much me. I have hundreds of photos, but half of them never make the cut, because I decide they aren't perfect (in my eyes). It can be both frustrating and rewarding though.

Yeah. I take several shots of the same thing to get the focus right- usually two of one focus kind, two of the other (since I don't really know which direction is for which distance).
The duck picture, for example, took me six shots each of two DIFFERENT flocks of duck and two different signs!

No worries! I do the same.. taking multiple shots of the same thing, trying different things to make sure I get the perfect shot. It is a real easy way to fill up a memory card, though. Even having to go through them... argh.

I tend to upload and erase every time I take a slew of shots, so the card isn't the problem for me. ^___^

Yes, I eventually erase the photos as well... once I am certain that none of the extras will needed.
