It hasn't been written yet. It's still in the planning stages, and some of my other fanfics are currently ahead of it in priorities.

I would be interested in this, but I would have to get briefed on Dr. Who, Diablo(?) and Star Craft to get it. I know a lot about Star Wars, but only so much on Star Trek and Evangelion. The only thing you didn't add was kingdom Hearts, Halo and MLP.

They're kinda like the Borg, only from Doctor Who, and more robotic. In the Star Trek/Doctor Who crossover comic "Assimilation Squared", the Borg and Cybermen form an Alliance that threatens to assimilate all reality.
