Okay, it really isn't "sucking" anything, but the ballast cleaner has rotating brushes like a vacuum, so the title kind of works. So shut up and like it.
I'm kidding.
Anyway, while out trying to get a different portion of the St. Joseph sub closer to Murray Yard, I caught this ballast cleaner and tamper doing some light work near Waldren, MO. They were kicking up quite a cloud.
