I'm such a fan of B/W shots such as this. While it may seem spooky, the watchful eye of the angel gives this a place a feely of calm and peace.

Patchy light breaks through from the heavens but none manages to illuminate our angel and help her find her way back home. Resigned to defeat she must remain among mankind and suffer as we mortals do in darkness.

I like its feel.. the trees' shadows in the group. And well, graveyards are always graveyards. Anyway I'm not sure about the angle.. this could have been great if taken closer to the angel. Or just, without the angel.

Hopefully your not visiting someone there. I sometimes enjoy strolling through cemetarys, looking and reading the headstones, trying to picture the types of people they were. Helps one to realize our time here is limited. Great shot Fae. I bet going there at night would be really freaky.

... but seriously... the strong contrasts balancing in the center works really well... with the shaft of light almost mirroring the form of the angel statue, it helps the eye move around the image, increasing the mystery and the visual discoveries in the shot...
