My holiday pic for the season...
This just kind of popped into my head... It's the kind of thing that I would look out the window to see when I was a kid. My snowman with his lopsided grin and sketchy buttons pointing his three fingered (if you could even called it that..) stick hand at the nearby tree, all decked out in snowy finery. I would push the window open, only to be told to close it and not let all the heat out. Pouting, I would do as I was told, despite the fact that an open window gives one a better view becuase it has no frost clouding it. I was very proud of my various snowmen.
It's nice to see the trees covered in snow again, something was always missing during the holiday season in Houston and Trinidad, and now that I'm in a snowy place again I know what it is: snow decked buildings and trees. Snow has always added a feeling of festivity for me; maybe I'm just sentimental becuase it was such a big thing when I was a kid, I don't know.
But anyways, here it is. My snowscape, and might I add, my first picture done entirely in photoshop.
