Exuding a cold, sorcerous light, the Hellbinder is there, filling her vision and her mind. "There will be no escape, Scholarling," the massive being speaks, its grip on Uncle Anjerome's voice relaxed. "Not for you. Not for anyone." At her throat, the dismembered hand flexes possessively, caressing chin and collar, breast and shoulder. "You are ours, and together we have a great task to perform, for as we lay claim to all we hunger for in this world, we must reach even beyond that."

Shivering, Elina closes her eyes in an effort to sink more deeply into peaceful submission. There is safety in no resistance, and the Scholar allows the thought to envelop her mostly naked form. The cold of the Undercellar settles into her flesh.

But the Hellbinder has other ideas. "We have been forced by sorcery to lose what is ours," it says longingly, as an old man would speak of a long lost childhood pet. "And we would reclaim it, reclaim them all."

This one, as indicated previously, was a bit demanding in the way of complexity and details. Needless to say, I'm glad it's finished.
