Description
Client commission-Valkyrie Rider CLOSE-UPI was so enthusiastic when my client requested a full plate Valkyrie type armor to wear in her professional equastrian show. I knew it could be a great opportunity to design a wing based design. I drew and sculpted the base shape wings out of apoxy sculpt and molded+casted those into the design. I went for a classic silver with gold trim armor that would look great up close and far off.Β

Beautiful, feminine, yet also protective! I know itβs just a prop, but Iβm impressed! Sleek, stylized, but not over the top redoculously ornamented!
I donβt mind the sexualized armor in games too much, and I know you designed this for a equestrian show, not a video game, but this is way better design. 11/10, would ride into battle wearing this.

If I had to guess, the "metal" is actually made of Worbla (or some variation) which is a kind of hard/rubbery plastic (depending on the type). It'll hurt if she falls, but isn't as likely to be as destructive as metal at least. I think though, I would wear some other kind of padding beneath to prevent accidents like that. I'm not a risk taker LOL
