Why are all my old OCs bloody/angry/villainous? OTL
He was orginally going to be an RP character for a group, but the group already got a doctor before I could post him, so he's been in developmental limbo ever since, and it's time for me to let him go. Please give him a good home, I love this guy so much, but I won't be able to use him anymore. ;_;
