Ebony was a Master Mage in the Order of M, the last student taken on by the former Grand Mage, and one of the most powerful mages alive today. Despite having such great prospects, she has fled the Order as she has discovered a dark secret, and was exiled for it. Now she hunts for the former Grand Mage, hoping to bring her out of retirement to put a stop to this evil plot.
