Description
This concept was the product of a coversation i had with snowyviven (sorry ..don't know how to put logo here... yes,i am a DA noob).It's a fact i love both dragons and fish, so i tried to make a dragon hybrid with fishlike qualities.
I hope i can convince certain more experienced hands to do a colored version of this.
