Will you be my lighthouseLooking out to sea?

I am lost at sea
I cannot sea a shred of shore
Where can my homeland be?
But if you'll be my lighthouse
And shine your light at night
Perhaps I'll see from out at sea
And come back to the light
The sea cannot last forever
- If it does I'll die -
So if you will please wait for me
I'll be there soon - I'll try

I love it too! Sometimes poems sound a bit like the authors trying 2 hard or sumthing. but this one is just GOOD, not trying 2 b good too much. does that make sense?
