This is a grad present for one of my oldest friends. She requested a flower fairy and this is the result. I was inspired by the flower fairy prints from the 1930's through 50's done by one Cicely Mary Barker. Hers were much nicer though, with prettier colours. My colours are a bit too intense, but I am limited to the markers I have. Watercolour would have been a better choice for this subject, however my watercolour skills are pretty much non-existant at this point.marker/ink/pencil crayon
