Hello! I'm from ProjectComment 's Tag Game with the word "cat''. It's pretty obvious why I chose this draw.
The cat is really cute and well drawed.
I can give you some advices about the outline, you have to do it more evident. ( like at the left paw there isn't outline in some places and the pencil is faded ).
And the shading is pretty messy. Here are some resources to help you understand basic shape and form, and how light interacts with a spherical object. Plot your light source. The area closest facing it would be the brightest (highlight), the area furthest would be the darkest (shadow).  www.strathmoreartist.com/tl_fi…
And you can try to add a background, not an verry complicated one, an simple background (like different types of colors in different directions , what do you want ).
