Once again, my style's changed, I've finally found a way that really seems to work for me in drawing head/face shapes, and even eyes are starting to level out (finally!).I scanned it in and then tried to draw over the lines...but once again her damned spike (which I refuse to get rid of) is a pain to re-create on the computer...
I was mostly able to copy the shade job from the original by constantly turning on/off the layers, but eh, it worked. Didn't feel like getting too fancy with the shade job or the bg, just wanted to get it done since I rather liked this one.
Man though...I used to post so often and now things come out once a month if they're lucky, I'll try to work on this, I draw so much and hardly scan a damned thing. Oh well, no one really cares I'm sure.

OKey, this style sure looks cool. There was nothing wrong with your old style, but it is always good to try new things

Meh, the "old style" so to speak is a compilation of other styles I've seen and learned from and so is this. Although if you look hard through my gallery, there really is no special style, just a vast improvement if you ask me. But thank you none the less

I've only drawn Jey once in the new style...I ended up giving him an exasperated expression and telling Kunugi to leave Fei alone.

I wanna see!!! Oh, and I've been working on improving by playing with poses... I am currently drawing a falling Shira in a schoolgirl uniform. It's halfway drawn now, and I'm loving it so far... Shira and Taiu are my test dummies, it seems, as I've been drawing them more than anyone else.
Though, I have a WIP of Shuei looking like he just caused shit. He totally looks like he's going "hehehehe.." I love it. I'll get them done soon!

I drew another pic only him and Fei-Fei are actually interacting in it and I may use it as part of an art project that we're doing. It'd be fun to do a large version but I may do a CGed one too

That's okay, I still need to design most of the Konran. XD;;
Lapis finally has a human design, and I have a chibi head of Baikana glaring at a hyper Chibi Shuei. XD
Other than that, everyone else, except Shuei, Ocelot, and Raikuu are the only ones I have basic human designs for. Shuei and Ocelot are the only ones with actual animal designs. XD
So... No worries. XD

Yeah, I've already drawn 3/4 of my top four charas (heads at least but Fei, Loki, and Drake). There are some things that are still being worked out but for the most part I'm enjoying it.
Gah, really need to post more and I even have stuff that'd be great to post after a quick pen/color job, I'm just usually too lazy to do so

Thanks, I really liked it from my notebook, and god knows I haven't colored too many scanned pictures as of late. Most have been drawn straight on the computer, but I haven't done that in awhile lately either, so this was a nice little refresher I spose.
As much of a pain as the spike is...it's still a discerning feature on her and I love having it there, but damn the computer for making it hell!
