Description Okay so its not really the first design, buuuut its one I like most that's more recent than the previous ones. There's probably one or two others at least.

This was also the first bit of actual coloring I've done in a long while since an image of Sunari I need to find so I can post it up if I haven't already (doubtful). This is the first attempt at shading as well for a long while since I haven't given myself the time to do so on images for a long while. At most I tend to lay down base colors and be done with it to give the drawing a bit of life.

Could still use some work as I wanted the shading to be softer and instead it appears a bit solid in places thanks to downsizing I think. Also to be honest: I got lazy by the time I got to the tail so I understand that its done rather poorly. Same for the cloak but that was more I couldn't work with the angles I think >.<

However had the most fun with the hair and playing around with things since it was coming out far too red when she's a brunette on a site I'm using her for (though the real character is a blond, but its a bit late to try and change her due to her first clan's characteristics...damn him for getting rid of it down the road too while I was still in it >.> ).

Normally Mao doesn't have this tail either as I snatched it off of Kumori cause...I like the tips and liked the ideas I got in terms of using it with puppetry muwahahaha. Basically it acts like an extra hand in sorts rather than just fun decoration. Normally though she's more feline, but for the sake of the site I ended up turning her into a pseudo-Shadow of mine.

Personally? I still think it'd be fun to have a tail, prehensile or not.

Very pretty. I'm terrible at this soft-shading technique.
